Step One

REI OSS Team contact you to validate application and explain the scheme.

Step Two

Assessment to find the best solution for your home.

Step Three

You will receive your Home Energy Upgrade Report and a member of the REI OSS team will be able to answer your questions.

Step Four

Contact the REI OSS team if you want to proceed. Project Manager or relevant contractor will visit you to finalise details. Sign contracts and pay deposit.

Step Five

Work is carried out by REI OSS appointed contractors and REI OSS inspect upon completion to ensure everything is up to standard.

Step Six

REI OSS will invoice you for the balance of cost of works less the grant.
