If your home was built before 1945, it's classified as a traditional building and falls under the SEAI Traditional Homes Scheme. We're delighted to support these homes, but due to high demand there's currently a waiting list of approximately 3–4 months. The scheme also requires you to engage a qualified traditional building professional — a registered architect, engineer, or surveyor with recognised conservation accreditation (or proven equivalent experience).
