List of Available Grants
As part of the SEAI One Stop Shop scheme, homeowners can access a range of grants for various energy
upgrades. The grant amounts vary depending on the type of upgrade and the property.

Attic Insulation
Grants ranging from €800 to €1,500, depending on the property type.
External Wall Insulation
Grants up to €8,000 for detached houses.
Heat Pump Systems
Grants of €6,500 for houses.
Solar PV Panels
Grants up to €1,800, depending on the system size.
Eligibility Citeria
To qualify for these grants, the property must:
- Be built and occupied before 2011.
- Have an existing BER of B3 or lower.
- Achieve a minimum BER of B2 upon completion of the upgrades.
- Not have previously received grants for the same energy upgrades.
