Due to continued expansion, REIL, an SEAI registered One Stop Shop, now has a vacancy for an Energy Assessment & Upgrade Advisor within our Home Energy Upgrades division. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills and the highest attention to detail.
This office-based role will work closely with the team to support customers in understanding the eligibility criteria for SEAI Retrofit grants. The advisor will perform U-value calculations, home assessments, and energy consumption modelling to develop tailored retrofit plans, while ensuring a clear and accurate handover to the QS & Project Management teams to support the delivery and implementation of the proposed works. On site training will be provided.
Working under the One Stop Shop scheme, Community Energy Grants, Better Energy Homes, Vacant & Derelict and other grant schemes, you will be working closely with the team to advise homeowners and professionals on their home upgrade project during online consultations using the information received from architects, engineers and BER assessors along with our home upgrade software.
A key function of this role is to provide home upgrade options that are grant compliant while also providing our customers the best value and ROI.
