As a Project Manager at REIL, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering energy projects across the residential sector. We are looking for an eager, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Project Manager / Retrofit Technical Grant Advisor with a passion for engaging with our clients in a professional manner to join our team. You will be required to plan and deliver whole-house energy upgrades, including measures such as insulation, windows and doors, heat pumps, solar PV, ventilation systems, etc.
Carry out detailed works surveys & develop schedules
Monitor and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Act as a single point of contact with homeowners, architects, competent building professionals, and contractors for all grant-related measures
Meet and advise clients on the energy efficiency retrofit grant journey, compliance, maintenance, and refurbishments
Identify and report any contract variations
Collaborate with design team managers to ensure seamless project progression
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and clients regularly
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Applicant should have at a minimum of 5+ years post-grad experience in the building industry, residential construction, or renovation
Applicant should have a third-level degree in Construction / Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office / Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving solving and communication skills
Experience in energy retrofit is desirable but not essential
Full driving licence
