As a Project Manager at Reil, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering energy projects across various sectors — from solar installations to large-scale efficiency upgrades and energy management systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Lead the end-to-end management of energy projects — from concept to commissioning.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning teams.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and clients regularly.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and local laws.
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and third-party service providers.
Continuously assess and mitigate project risks.
Monitor and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy, utilities, or construction sectors.
Proven track record of managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, energy efficiency, or power infrastructure is a plus.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Primavera).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
